O level Music Practical

OLM bonding makes me happy!
What is this now la... a daily affair??

A lot of people have been asking me how was my practical. So my reply will be "go and read my blog"

Basically they gave us a FANTASTICALLY FANTASTIC piano to practice at the reporting room...
Tone touch pedal sound and everything was perfect, like the best upright piano one could ever touch.
BUT in the exam room... omg. We get a sucky piano. The keys on the higher octaves were so soft and loud and nice and everything, a sharp contrast to the lower keys.
The pedals? Hard to press =/

Oh and guess what?

I keep getting flashbacks of the wonderful mistakes I made during the exam.
For example...

I had to play 9 consecutive THICK chords at ff (super loud) but I banged on the first 6 chords wrongly for my Clementi piece.
Best right?
Still have more. But I want to stop thinking about it!

I was supposed to play at 1655 HOWEVER, the examiners dragged everything and I ended up playing at around 1730! Damn tiring ok! Plus I went into the same room 3 times in total... Twice before my own (supposedly) arranged time. But by the time it came to my turn, I sat outside the room feeling so physically and mentally exhausted, I didn't even feel nervous.

What's the use? Still made mistakes like nobody's business.
Anyway... I think all the PL girls who took the exam yesterday didn't play well la. Right?
Today's better. Charmaine Hilary and Grace.

THANK YOU CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL FOR THE *AHEM* PIANO. THANKS A LOT MAN.
